Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Wellveil, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy set out below.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges continue until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date without further notice or action from you.

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes. Shipping is included at no extra cost on every subscription delivery, including renewals.

Introductory offers, discounts and free gifts apply to your first order only unless stated otherwise at checkout. Renewals are billed at the recurring price displayed to you before you purchased.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, modify or cancel a subscription before renewal. Failure to cancel in time will result in the order being processed and shipped, and that order is not eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How to Cancel

Cancellation is simple and there is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries. You can cancel at any time by:

Billing Information

You are obliged to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. You must promptly update your payment details, billing address and email address so that transactions can be completed and we can reach you.

If a renewal payment is declined, we may retry the charge over the following days. If payment cannot be taken, we may pause or cancel the subscription. Nothing is dispatched until payment succeeds.

Price Changes

If we change your recurring price we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, so you have time to cancel. Price changes never apply to deliveries already charged.

Changes to or Withdrawal of a Plan

We may modify or discontinue a subscription plan at any time. If we do, we will give reasonable notice and you may cancel without charge. If we cannot continue supplying you, we will cancel your subscription and refund anything charged for a delivery we cannot fulfil.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to each subscription delivery, running from the date you receive it, subject to the hygiene exception for sealed products that have been opened.
