Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform. Any purchase you make is a contract directly between you and us, not with Shopify.

2. Acceptance

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and, where relevant, our Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

3. Our products — important

We sell food supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medication — particularly anticoagulants or blood-pressure medication — or have a diagnosed medical condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Never stop or change any prescribed medication because of anything you read on this site, in a customer review, or on our social channels. Only your doctor can make that decision.

Any information published on this site is general information about the product and its ingredients. It is not medical advice and must not be relied on as such.

4. Orders and how the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full and promptly.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT for deliveries within the EU. Delivery is free on every order; nothing is added at checkout.

Prices may change, but changes never affect an order we have already accepted. If a price is obviously wrong through a clerical error, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you before doing anything.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment providers. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you provide.

7. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. The goods remain our responsibility until you take physical possession of them.

8. Cancellation, returns and guarantees

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the hygiene exception for opened sealed products, plus our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, plus a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. All of this is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See the Subscription Policy.

10. Customer reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with our products. You must disclose it if you received the product free or at a discount in exchange for the review.

We may decline to publish, or remove, content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that makes claims about treating or preventing illness. Removing such content is a legal obligation on us, not a judgement about your experience.

11. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, video, design and the WELLVEIL brand are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it, upload malicious code, impersonate anyone, or harass our staff or other customers. We may suspend access if you do.

13. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under product liability law, and for your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are supplied for private use.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will tell you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel and be refunded for anything undelivered.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be notified where the law requires it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. However, if you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing here removes that.

If you are unhappy, contact us first — most issues are resolved in one email. If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to the consumer authority or alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence.

17. Customers in Australia

If you are in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

You are responsible for checking that the product may lawfully be imported into Australia for your personal use, and for any duties, GST or handling fees applied on import.
